Getting started with Reputably

1. Start your free trial

Create your account at app.reputably.net/signup. The trial runs for 3 days and does not ask for a card up front, so you can see real results before deciding. After the trial, plans start at $99.

You will confirm your email address as part of setup. Once confirmed, you can log in any time at app.reputably.net.

2. Log in

Sign in with the email and password you chose. Reputably keeps you signed in with session tokens that expire, so you will occasionally be asked to sign in again — that is expected and keeps your account secure.

3. Connect your Google Business Profile

To pull in reviews and reply to them, connect your Google Business Profile using Google's own sign-in. Reputably never sees or stores your Google password, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account. Once connected, your locations and their reviews become available inside the app. If you only want to monitor conversations and AI visibility, you can skip this step and add it later.

4. Choose what to monitor

Tell Reputably what to watch for — your business name, the keywords your customers actually search, and competitors you want to keep an eye on — and which public platforms to include. 5. Find your results

As syncs run, found conversations, mentions, reviews, and AI-visibility results appear in the app for you to review. Sentiment and relevance are scored automatically so the most useful items are easy to spot. From there you can draft replies, respond to reviews, and build reports.
