How to request deletion of Reputably account data, connected source data, and Meta/Facebook app data.

Overview

Reputably helps businesses monitor reviews and public conversations across connected reputation sources. If you want us to delete personal information, account data, or data associated with a connected Meta/Facebook integration, follow the instructions below.

How To Request Deletion

Email hello@reputably.net with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include your name, the email address used with Reputably, the business or workspace name associated with the account, the connected platform or page you want removed if applicable, and whether you want a specific connection removed or the full account deleted.

We may ask for additional information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. After verification, we will process the request and confirm the outcome by email.

Meta/Facebook Data

If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other Meta asset to Reputably, you can request deletion of related data by emailing us using the steps above. You can also disconnect Reputably from your Meta account or business settings to stop future access.

What We Delete

  • Stored connection records and access tokens for the requested platform connection.
  • Imported, cached, or processed content associated with the requested connection, where deletion is technically and legally available.
  • Account profile, workspace, team, and configuration data when a full account deletion is requested.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing records, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legitimate business records. We may also retain aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you or your business account.
