Agreement
Reputably is a product of Aitomation Pty Ltd, the company responsible for operating this website and service. Your agreement is with Aitomation Pty Ltd. In these terms, references to "Reputably," "we," "us," and "our" mean the Reputably product and the team operating it through Aitomation Pty Ltd.
These terms govern access to the Reputably website and services. By using Reputably, creating an account, or requesting access, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account. You must use Reputably only for businesses, locations, and customer communications you are authorized to manage.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Reputably to violate law, platform rules, privacy rights, or third-party rights.
- Do not send messages to people who should not receive them or who have opted out.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass the service.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
Customer Content
You keep ownership of business information, review content, settings, and other content you provide or connect. You grant Reputably permission to use that content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
AI Drafts
Reputably may generate draft replies, summaries, labels, or recommendations. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving public communications before use.
Billing
Paid plans, trials, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the pricing and checkout terms shown when you subscribe or upgrade.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party platforms, outages, and changes outside our control.
Disclaimers and Limitation
Reputably is provided as available and without guarantees that the service will meet every need, prevent every issue, or produce specific business results. To the extent permitted by law, Reputably is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
